The Office of Diaspora Affairs (ODA) serves as the central coordination hub for all diaspora-related initiatives across government, civil society, and the private sector.

As an institution under the Office of the President – South West State of Somalia, ODA ensures that diaspora engagement is policy-driven, inclusive, and aligned with both State and National development priorities.
